The Queen Creek Town Center Infrastructure project delivered essential utilities, paving, and roadway improvements to support the Town’s downtown revitalization vision. Work included new water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure, along with concrete and asphalt paving and large-scale parking lot reconstruction.
 

Nesbitt also completed pedestrian-focused enhancements such as decorative lighting, shade structures, hardscape features, and community gathering areas—helping set the stage for a vibrant, walkable mixed-use town center.
